DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Apply every evening around 20 minutes before bed. Massage a small amount into the bottoms of the feet and calves to help ease the body into restful sleep.

For additional support:

Migraines: Gently apply to the back of the neck as soon as symptoms begin.

Anxiety: Apply a small amount to the heart space as needed to promote calm.
