Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
We’ll exchange or refund the price of all unused, unsatisfactory items, excluding any packaging or shipping costs.
Please note: We can only exchange or refund items which are returned in a unused and new condition and free of damage.
To send your item back to us for a refund or exchange:
● Please email wrigglytin.uk@gmail.com to let us know the reason for your return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We will let you know the return address.
● Package your item(s) and send them back to us with the delivery method of your choice. We suggest using a method that will provide proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any item(s) lost in transit.
Once we receive your package, please allow no more than five business days for us to process the refund or exchange (though we do our best to be quicker!)
DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY
If items arrive damaged, please send us photo to wrigglytin.uk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace of refund. Items must be unopened and must be in their original packaging.
