Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Nut Butter, Cucurbita Pepo (Pumpkin) Seed Oil, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), *Citral, *Limonene, *Linalool (*Potential allergens occurring in the essential oils) This product is intended for external use only. Avoid application to broken skin or the eye area. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Apply to area of the body when moisture is required and rub into skin. When using on your feet, we recommend first removing dry flaky skin with a foot stone or suitable foot scrub, then applying balm to clean feet before bed and covering with a pair of socks so it can soak in and soften your feet. Use liberally on very dry areas such as elbows and knees. Can also be used as a lip balm.
